Two new shower heads were replaced and that solved the problems of calcium/mineral build-up. One of the tub faucets was also replaced that allowed water to be diverted to the shower head above making standing shower possible. My wife and kids were delighted. The water leak problem of the tub faucet was more complicated for him to solve. To alleviate the leaky faucet it has to be shut off very carefully by pressing the handle in the off position very firmly and let go slowly. That makes the faucet from running but it’s still dripping with water regardless of how many times you repeat it. The dripping may stop at times but next time when you come back into the bath room whah lah, dripping, night and day. The valve doesn’t seem to close completely. Its handle looks a bit crooked assembled. 4/5 stars on the repair were for that reason.

Hello. I am moving in June. I was wondering if I could go ahead and apply for an apartment?

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here so far. I moved from out of state (about 10 hours away) and Janell made the transition so easy! She has been an invaluable help in my move. The apartment itself is great! I have only had one minor maintenance issue and Sal addressed it immediately. Neighbors here have been friendly, and the monthly community events/get-togethers have been a fun way to meet the people who live here. I love the dog park and how pet-friendly the community is, and I know my two dogs do as well. I spent almost two weeks in the Pender/Onslow County areas looking for a place to rent for my move here, and Hampstead Place, by far, delivers exactly what they say it will in a friendly, beautiful community. There were no extra/hidden fees here like the ones that kept popping up in other properties I toured. Janell and Sal have made my move easy and living here has been great even in the hot, hot summer!

I don't know how you can improve. The only thing I know at this point is Mrs. Jenelle is amazing and has made this process so seamless.
