Great Apartments, nice pool, nice Staff but my building is infested without cockroaches. I'm a retired Ohio State Highway Patrol Lieutenant and make sure you check your future apartment top to bottom. I'm in building 121 but there are other buildings with the same problems .

Janell is the BEST office worker ever! She made our move from Ohio so easy. Looking forward to calling this place home for the next year

This studio apartment is worn out and needs some TLC. I had to make repairs. The cabinets were in bad shape with peeling paint and some pieces falling off, molding in the house was not installed properly (gaps and bad angles), wall issues were simply painted over, bath fixtures are in bad shape, counter tops are badly warped, floors had scrapes, heating-air unit is old, rusty and loud. Despite being very careful to avoid attracting roaches, I had to spray independently of scheduled sprayings to keep them at bay. The exterior has pieces of rusty metal falling from above the heating-cooling units. I didn't expect the Taj Mahal, but I didn't expect the neglect either.

My AC is not working properly- the thermostat always reads higher than what I’ve set it at (and feels warmer than that). In addition AC is running continuously which causes my electric bill to go up.
