This studio apartment is worn out and needs some TLC. I had to make repairs. The cabinets were in bad shape with peeling paint and some pieces falling off, molding in the house was not installed properly (gaps and bad angles), wall issues were simply painted over, bath fixtures are in bad shape, counter tops are badly warped, floors had scrapes, heating-air unit is old, rusty and loud. Despite being very careful to avoid attracting roaches, I had to spray independently of scheduled sprayings to keep them at bay. The exterior has pieces of rusty metal falling from above the heating-cooling units. I didn't expect the Taj Mahal, but I didn't expect the neglect either.

My AC is not working properly- the thermostat always reads higher than what I’ve set it at (and feels warmer than that). In addition AC is running continuously which causes my electric bill to go up.

This is only my second maintenance request and it was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

The dishwasher still does not clean like it should, even though it has power amd water supplied to it. A nicer dishwasher would be great, but the nicer dishwashers dont fit in the slot made for it. Maintenance guy did all he could do. He is a great guy!
