My AC is not working properly- the thermostat always reads higher than what I’ve set it at (and feels warmer than that). In addition AC is running continuously which causes my electric bill to go up.

This is only my second maintenance request and it was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

The dishwasher still does not clean like it should, even though it has power amd water supplied to it. A nicer dishwasher would be great, but the nicer dishwashers dont fit in the slot made for it. Maintenance guy did all he could do. He is a great guy!

He upgraded my ac / heating unit . He installed it in 45 mins him self , and made sure I had the remote that went to it . He really cares about us here at Hampstead place , he’s been working his but off rain ,or shine , cold ,or heat . He even finds time to keep an eye on the kids who plays here .

When you lose your hot on an early Sunday morn and repair guy who's on call says he can not fix what is wrong it is a bit frustrating... Come Monday after a few calls to the office Sal shows up and says you need a new water heater which he brings with someone else to help a couple hours later, it does get installed pretty quickly and can finally take a shower and wash a sink full of dishes that's a good thing... It was quit nice not to have to wait days once again to finally get something major repaired... All in all for a major item this had to be the quickest smoothest repair in 11 years...
